Guest Room/Fitness Room

The guest room/fitness facility, which is approximately 200 square feet. This room doubles as a fitness facility and is a perfect hide-away to indulge your artist and creative interests.

Adjacent to the guest room is a deck with table and chairs that overlook the pond, boat shed, woods, and a large field. Just a few yards away the tranquil sound of the waterfall, created by the free-flowing artesian overflow from the pond, offers a soothing sound.

Sharing this building is a large storage room and a glass walled room that is used for storage or golf cart parking and charging station.

This secluded outbuilding is located on the edge of the woods in a large, open field that is perfect for gaming activities such as: volleyball, croquet, football, baseball, and at night offers a stunning panorama of the skies for stargazing.

The barn is approximately 100' X 36' and has an enclosed, cement floored garage, a workroom, and a large, open facility for storing tractors, lawn equipment, four-wheelers, and paddle-boats. Utilities include electricity and water.
The barn's open area can easily be transformed into a wonderful home for horses or a menagerie of farm animals, with room for up to ten stalls.

Located on the southern end of the pond is a outbuilding with four-sided, functional, screened windows. This room offers cross flow ventilation. This room is currently used as a bird house and plant sanctuary.

Conveniently located close to the bar-be-cue building and quest room is the bath-house. This building contains a full bathroom, with an antique claw-foot tub, and two separate bathrooms on the opposite side of the building. An electrical access panel is also located within the utility closet.

The Sheriff's House, Antique Outhouse, Antique Well Head, Vintage Farm Tools, and Gasoline Pumps

The "Sheriff's House" is a re-creation of an old-time sheriff's building from the 1800s. This building was the inspiration for the children's audio story, The Adventures of Wyatt Chirp and Doc Holiday.

An antique outhouse near the Sheriff's House is a classic "half-moon" outhouse. As well as the Sheriff's House and outhouse, there is an old well house, antique farm tools, and two classic, non-functional, gasoline pumps.
